DAILY BULLETIN

No. 151 May 9, 2008

 

  1. Anyone wishing to run for a Student Council office needs to get a packet from Mrs. G. or Dan Payne.  You must have a completed packet returned to Mrs. G. by Friday (5/16) to be on the ballot.
  2. JV Softball Girls:  Turn in your uniform ASAP.
  3. K-12 Students and Staff:  Do you want to wear a hat to school on Thursday (5/15)?  Mrs. Densmore is trying to raise money for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life held on May 16th and 17th.  Please donate $1.00 or more and your donation will be used for cancer research and you get to wear a hat on Thursday (5/15).  Please sign up and give your donation to Daniel Payne, Kyle Densmore, High School Office and Elementary Office.  Please be as generous as possible and Thank You in advance for your help in cancer research.
  4. On-Line Students:  You are expected to have all 36 lessons completed by your last day of school.  Any lessons not completed will be figured in as zeros. 
  5. Attention Top Ten Seniors:  The Lansing State Journal will be publishing your picture and information this Sunday (5/11).  Don’t forget it is also Mother’s Day!
  6. The Band Banquet is Tuesday (5/13).
  7. Seniors:  Please check with Mary for the balance that you owe on your graduation items (cap & gown, announcements, etc.) so you can get them paid for and picked up.
  8. Mrs. Peterson is looking for families willing to host a German student for two weeks from October 15th through October 27th, 2008.  If you are interested, see Mrs. Peterson.  We will have five students here.  Also, if you are interested in traveling to Germany next spring sign up NOW with Mrs. Peterson.
  9. Those of you who signed up to cadet next year, your paperwork is DUE on Monday (5/19).  If it is not turned in completed, you will be dropped and I will place you in a new class that you cannot change.
  10. Those of you who signed up to dual-enroll next year, your paperwork is due to Mrs. Jason by Thursday (5/15).
  11. If you have any used cleats or other athletic equipment (bats, gloves, etc.) please donate them.  You may drop them off in the high school office.
  12. There are Moore Seed Farm job applications in the high school
